GGPoker's World Series of Poker

This is the first World Series of Poker under new operator GGPoker. The online poker brand purchased the rights to the tournament for $500 million from Caesars Entertainment last year.

The purchase was a natural continuation of GGPoker's relationship with WSOP, which had lasted for years. The online poker operator had served as an online qualifier to the event.

At the time of the sale, NSUS Group Inc. hoped to leverage GGPoker's technology and industry expertise to bring the WSOP to a worldwide audience.

NSUS Group (WSOP)

Under the new leadership, NSUS intends to expand WSOP worldwide, positioning it at the forefront of poker’s growth."
