Offensive coordinator Kellen Moore and the Eagles have leaned on Barkley and their dominant rushing attack all year. Thus, Jalen Hurts and the ing game have taken a back seat, leading the quarterback to attempt just 361 es in 15 starts - the fewest of any full season as a starter in his career.
Having said that, the Super Bowl is the highest level of football. You can bet Chiefs' defensive coordinator Steve Spagnuolo will have a plan in place to contain Barkley and force Hurts to throw the football. Philadelphia should lean further on Hurts' arm early to keep the Chiefs off-balance. Besides, the Eagles star pivot completed 27 es back in Super Bowl 57, and has exceeded this line in three of his last five playoff games. Bet on Hurts and the Eagles to take to the air far more than normal at Super Bowl 59.

Despite attempting the fewest es of his career as a starter, Hurts sured 200 ing yards in nine of his 17 starts. Yes, he started a December game against the Commanders, but was knocked out after just four attempts. As I've stated, when the chips are down - as they should be from kickoff in the Super Bowl- Philadelphia is going to have to the football to win. You cannot simply walk into Mordor - I mean take down a dynasty - without putting the ball in your quarterbacks' hands.
