Super Bowl 59 Halftime Prop Bets: Kendrick Lamar Lights Up Superdome

Kendrick Lamar headlines the Super Bowl 59 halftime show with his hit "Humble", the favorite to be the first song played at +115. The West Coast hip-hop icon is set to turn Caesars Superdome into a boisterous cathedral of sound.

Here's how you can profit on Super Bowl 59 halftime show prop bets:

What Will Be The First Song Kendrick Lamar Sings?

Humble +115
Not Like Us  +210
DNA +210

Squabble Up +430
TV Off +430
A.D.H.D +500
Euphoria  +600
N95 +600

Odds as of February 9th

Kendrick played an unreleased first song as his Super Bowl 59 Halftime Show entrance.

"Humble", Kendrick's hit single from his 2017 album DAMN. as the heavy +115 favorite to be the first song played during the Super Bowl 59 halftime show. Humble's odds have dropped from +400 to +115 in about a week leading up to the big game.

Although, "Not Like Us", Kendrick's recent banger is hanging around with the second-highest odds to be the first song performed at the Super Bowl 59 Halftime Show -- for good reason. The Drake diss track was one of the most popular songs in the world in 2024, breaking the record previously held by Tupac's "Hit Em Up" as the most streamed diss track on Spotify. "Not Like Us" became the most streamed hip-hop song in a single day, single week, and was the fastest rap song to reach 100 million and later one billion streams on Spotify.

Having said that, there's a lot to like about the value on DNA which features a huge pump up opening that would get the crowd buzzing. DNA's odds have fallen drastically from +500 all the way down to +210.

Lamar has a ton of hits that would all get the crowd out of there seats instantly, so expect the first song market to be fluid in the coming weeks. According to the latest betting handles from BetMGM, Not Like Us owns the highest ticket, 40% and handle 42% in the first song market. Humble isn't far behind at 30% and 23% respectively.

How Many Songs Will Be In The Set?

Number Of Songs In Set
Number Of Songs Odds
UNDER 10.5 -122
OVER 10.5 +100

Odds as of February 6th

Result: UNDER 10.5 songs cashes with ease

With the way Kendrick can switch gears, I like the value on the OVER 10.5 total songs. Lamar has a number of bangers he can play either just the hook of, or simply mesh some of his most famous beats together with ease.

Per BetMGM, 99% of tickets are on the UNDER 10.5 songs, making the OVER all the more intriguing.

What Will Kendrick Lamar's Last Song Be?

Last Song To Be Performed
Song Odds
Savior +470
King Kunta +490
Humble +550
Luther +600
Gloria +600
Family Ties +650
LOVE. +650
TV Off +650
Like That +700
Euphoria +800
N95 +900

Odds as of February 9th

TV off cashes at +650 for the long song in Kendrick's performance.

N95 is my favorite to be the last song Kendrick sings. The name of the song itself refers to the respirator used during COVID-19. Lamar openly questions the government's response to COVID-19, and the fact the rich continue to profit off of the pandemic, while millions were put into dire financial straits. Given the current political and economic climate, N95 is a wise choice to be his final song.

Family Ties would pair nicely with our next Super Bowl 59 Halftime Show prop bet, however, I expect that to be performed earlier on in the set.

Celebrity Guest to Appear On Stage

To Make An Appearance During Kendick Lamar's Performance
Option Odds
Baby Keem To Appear On Stage +110
Future To Appear On Stage +184

Travis Scott To Appear On Stage  +250
The Weeknd To Appear On Stage +310
Janet Jackson To Appear On Stage +490
Rihanna To Appear On Stage +600
A$AP Rocky To Appear On Stage  +750

Odds as of February 9th

Baby Keem cashes as the +110 favorite celebrity guest to appear on stage.

Now this is where the Super Bowl 59 Halftime Show props get interesting. Future, Metro Boomin and Kendrick have produced a number of tracks together including the infamous "Like That" Drake diss. Baby Keem is Kendrick's cousin and frequent collaborator.

Next on the odds board, Kendrick and Lil Wayne had some beef, both behind the scenes and on Twitter after Lamar was announced as the NFL or Kendrick himself has reached out to the rap legend.

Usher brought out a huge group last year including: Alicia Keys, Jermain Dupri, H.E.R, will.i.am, Lil Jon and Ludacris. Each of the last few hip-hop performances at the Super Bowl have featured a group of artists, and I expect Kendrick to follow the same model. I like the value on Future, and Baby Keem to appear. Janet Jackson being a late addition to the Super Bowl 59 halftime show odds board is intriguing. After her memorable appearance in the Super Bowl 38 halftime show, would the NFL really allow her back on stage? At +490, Jackson's name is one to watch.

How Many Diss Tracks Will Kendrick Lamar Perform At Super Bowl 59?

Number Of Diss Tracks Kendrick Lamar Performs
Number Of Diss Tracks Odds
1 -2200
2 -400
3 +210
4 +750

Odds as of February 9th

Kendrick played his hit diss track "Not Like Us" to cash one performed at Super Bowl 59.

Our Super Bowl 59 halftime show celebrity guests bets pair nicely with the diss track market. As we've covered "Not Like Us", will almost certainly be included in Kendrick's Super Bowl halftime set. Plus, I would be that "Like That" the other Drake diss that Kendrick wrote and created with Future and Metro Boomin makes its way to the stage. So, you could pair two diss tracks, with your favorite celebrity guest, saw Future to maximize your Super Bowl 59 halftime show returns.

History Of The Super Bowl Halftime Show

Prior to the 1990s, the Super Bowl halftime show wasn’t the spectacle and needle-mover in pop culture that it is today. The NFL mainly featured university marching bands, or occasionally, an artist who was past their prime like Chubby Checker in 1988 for Super Bowl 22.

It wasn’t until Michael Jackson took the stage in 1993 for Super Bowl 27 that the production standard was set, and expectations have grown each year. While it’s technically an unpaid performance, the Super Bowl routinely gets the best of the best from all musical genres just for the exposure alone.
