AL Rookie of The Year Odds Favorite: Jacob Wilson

Jacob Wilson has been a bright spot for the Athletics, providing consistent production at the plate. He’s got elite skills, a sharp eye, and the kind of poise you don’t usually see in rookies. Right now, he’s the frontrunner, holding down a young Oakland lineup with confidence.

Kristian Campbell, on the other hand, has quickly established himself in Boston. The Red Sox have handed him the keys to second base, and he’s making the most of it. With solid defense and a balanced bat, he’s doing all the little things right and is in a great position to make a serious run for the award.

And then there’s Jasson Domínguez. “The Martian” might be the most hyped of the bunch, and for good reason. He’s shown flashes of the power that has Yankees fans buzzing. But his inconsistency and defensive lapses have kept him from hitting his stride so far. That said, you can’t count him out, as his talent could break through at any moment, hence his spot near the top of the odds.

NL Rookie of the Year Odds Favorites

Crews, the top pick and Nationals slugger, has shown flashes of brilliance despite an up-and-down start. His raw power and ability to adjust to big-league pitching make him a constant threat in this race. I don't love his chances after a good sample size in MLB. I'd lean toward upside.

Catcher Agustin Ramirez is also a rising slugger for the Marlins. With a mix of hitting and power, he’s quickly becoming a key player for Miami, keeping himself firmly in the discussion. He's an especially hot commodity as he wasn't on anyone's odds board before the season began.

How To Read MLB Rookie Of The Year Odds

At your sportsbook of choice, the betting lines for the MLB Rookie of the Year odds will look something like this, for each of the AL and NL markets:

Roki Sasaki +350
Dylan Crews +400

This means that Roki Sasaki is the ROTY favorite since he has the lowest odds and the highest chance of winning the prop, according to oddsmakers. If you were to bet $100 on the Dodgers SP and he won, you would get a payout of $450 – your original $100 is returned along with your winnings of $350.
